My ticket has won, what happens next?
As we already mentioned, prizes of less than €2500 will be credited directly to your customer account on our website. From there, you can withdraw all of it or a part of it, as long as you have a balance of at least €10. Or you can use a part of it to buy new tickets. If you decide to withdraw funds to your credit card or bank account, you will have to provide us with some documents for identification. This is a requirement by our payment processors, due to the laws against money-laundering. Also, you cannot use a withdrawal method that has not been previously used for a purchase or a deposit.
